After a guy was declared wanted for the theft of an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the suspected hypnotization of a female entrepreneur, a N200K reward has been offered.
Joy Chinyere Nwaokocha, a female businesswoman, was arrested for allegedly stealing an iPhone 13 Pro Max worth at about a million naira.
Joy got herself into problems after her supervisor directed her to Ikeja to get an iPhone 13 Pro max. She gave her boss a receipt and an image of the phone she bought in Computer Village a few hours after receiving the payment of N910,000.
However, while on her way to deliver the device, she became unreachable. She claimed she was hypnotized by a man and robbed of the iPhone 13 pro max after being monitored by police and her employer near the main gate of the 1004 estate.
Joy, a 26-year-old FUNAAB graduate, also claimed that she gave him her phone and password, as well as forgetting all of her belongings in the man’s car, among other things.
Joy was arrested by the police but later released after her family petitioned for a settlement, paying N250k to her job and promised to pay the rest later.
The individual in the CCTV footage and photographs below has been identified as a wanted person. The man suspected of being Joy’s lover is still on the loose; he was seen alighting from his Ford colored mid-size SUV in CCTV footage beside Joy. He looks to be in his early forties.
Members of the general public who provide information that leads to the arrest of this unnamed individual will be paid N200,000. He was last seen between the hours of 5 and 7 p.m. on October 19, 2021 in the vicinity of Victoria Island.
The statement added;
“This would hopefully clear Joy’s name as she may be innocent and bring the culprit to book. Anyone with information should email : primeconceptsng@gmail.com”
