Wahala for who still dey Australia as Google has threatened to withdraw its search services there.

The news is a result of a new bill that the Australian government is trying to introduce. This bill will force both Google and Facebook to pay Australian media for content otherwise face a fine that’ll run in millions of dollars.

It seems the Australian government is trying to make it a win-win situation for both parties.

Responding to the bill, the Managing Director of Google in Australia, Mel Silva, said,  “If this version of the code were to become law, it would give us no real choice but to stop making Google Search available in Australia,”.

This case is now trying to wear koi-koi shoe as the Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison replied hot hot,  “Australia makes our rules for things you can do in Australia. That’s done in our parliament…People who want to work with that in Australia, you’re very welcome, but we don’t respond to threats.”
