The Federal High Court in Lagos has extended the remand of alleged drug lord, Sulaimon Jimoh, also known as “Temo,” for an additional 14 days in NDLEA custody.

Justice Akintayo Aluko granted the ex parte motion filed by the NDLEA, allowing for further investigation into Temo’s alleged drug trafficking activities.

The NDLEA argued that the extension was necessary to uncover the full extent of Temo’s drug network, both nationally and internationally.

The court adjourned the matter to August 23, 2024, for the NDLEA to present its investigation report. Temo has been in custody since July 26, 2024, and was previously remanded for 14 days.
