Thomas Tuchel Chelsea won the Super Cup last night, after 120 minutes and a penalty shootout, giving them their second European Trophy in a year.

However, Gerard Moreno kept hopes alive for Villarreal after netting an equalizer in the 73rd minute, which took the game to extra time and ultimately, penalties.
Tuchel seeing the fate of the game brought in Kepa in the last minute as he was their best chance in a penalty shootout.
Kia Haverts who provided the assist for Ziyech was first in line but was blocked by the Villarreal Goalkeeper. Kepa however, stopped Mandi and Albiol to gift his team the super cup title.
