Mavin Records new signee Ayra Starr releases New Ep self-titled

On the 21st ofJanuary, 2021, MAVIN founder and supreme, Don Jazzy took to his social media pages and announced the signing of his label’s latest signee, Ayra Starr.

The Mavin Records’ new signee, Ayra Starr releases a new self-titled EP. The project showcases her effective writing skills and great vocal abilities.

The Benin-born, Lagos-based singer navigates love and relationships (“Away”, “Ija” and “Memories”) as well as teenage anger and vices (“Ditr”).

This would be MAVIN Records first major signee in two years,The last artist to be unveiled by the label was Crayon. As they did with Rema and Crayon, Ayra Starr has also released her debut EP shortly after getting unveiled.

I think she sounds like tems vocally and gives the same sweet and soothing vibes.
