Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, have been sued for allegedly inflicting racist and homophobic abuse on two employees by their former household security chief.

According to Business Insider, Mia King, a black LGBR woman who worked as a security operations assistant, and John Doe, a gay and disabled man who worked as a household operations manager, claimed that the billionaire couple’s former head of security, Liam Booth, had subjected them to racist and homophobic abuse.

King claims that Booth called her ‘ghetto’ and complained that Meghan Markle, who is bi-racial, ‘polluted the royal blood line’ after her marriage to Prince Harry, according to their twin lawsuit filed in San Francisco County.

Booth, a former Secret Service agent of unknown race, allegedly made repeated comments about his homosexuality and smacked his groin at a sushi restaurant in 2018, according to Doe.

‘As we previously stated when these claims were anonymously leaked to the media over two years ago, our family office follows a strict code of conduct that requires appropriate behavior from all members of our teams. It is our expectation that each of our employees adheres to this code of conduct,’ LaBolt said. ‘Any complaint made to our HR personnel is taken seriously and is investigated and addressed. We are proud of the team of professionals who work in the family office and are confident that these claims, which seek to unfairly disparage our colleagues, will fail.’

According to the lawsuit, several employees had previously witnessed Booth touching Doe’s butt in front of Zuckerberg in Montana that same year and imitating ‘lewd sex activities.’ Although Zuckerberg and Chan’s primary residence is in the Bay Area, they also own houses in other parts of the country in Hawaii and Montana.

When Business Insider first revealed the charges, Booth, a former Secret Service agent who formerly served in President Barack Obama’s personal protection detail, resigned from Zuckerberg’s family office in 2019.

These allegations have been denied by Zuckerberg and Chan, whose personal spokesperson, Ben LaBolt, stated in a statement that the company’s internal investigation found no evidence of misconduct.

Doe’s employer, Brian Mosteller, and Monica Moorhouse, an ex-human resources employee for the family office, are also mentioned in the action.

In one, a former executive protection senior manager said that Booth called the Black Lives Matter movement a “terrorist group" and called King a “ghetto b***h," a “hoodrat," and a “c**t."

Booth’stated that he was “weary of all the Black Lives Matter bulls**t,"‘ according to a female security worker, and he ‘frequently used the word “n*****" to designate African Americans.’

She further said that Booth made fun of Chan, who is Asian, by calling her a “poor driver" and “deliberately narrowing his eyes."

Doe further claims that his direct boss, Brian Mosteller, failed to make reasonable adjustments for his epilepsy-related condition.

Doe claims that he emailed Zuckerberg and Chan about the issue in 2019, but that he never received a response.

The plaintiffs also argue that they were not provided the legal amount of break or paid overtime hours that they were owed, in violation of the A Fair Day’s Pay Act.

Several of Zuckerberg’s personal assistants have been accused of misbehavior, including Booth.
